The Landmark First Post

Well here I am, sitting in my office, stealing a little time from my boss to get started on this blog. I think for that reason it's going to be a short posting. I don't know yet if this blog will help me control the anticipation of going to Canada, or whether writing about it incessantly will make the time pass even slower before I head off. I will wait and see....
